This week three people who have been a part of my life died.
I always waited for Ed McMahon to ring our doorbell telling us we were the winners of the Publisher's Clearing House Sweepstakes.

ALWAYS wanted to look like and be this angel when we played Charlie's Angels in Elementary School but since my friend Rhonda had blond hair she was Jill and I had to be Subrina. Then when I was a teenager a lady Candy moved into our church boundaries and she reminded all of us of Farrah Fawcett and of course we loved her.
What can I say. I'm an 80's girl. I think Michael Jackson was my second concert. (First concert Journey) Thanks to the guy I was dating and his uncle we had 2nd row seats in the center. I had been a big fan of the Jackson 5 and have loved all the Jackson's music. My favorite song had always been "I'll Be There" sung when Michael was little but I also remember staying up until midnight to watch the Thriller video on MTV. So many of his songs bring back great memories in my youth. He gave us some great music and amazing dance steps. It has been said he is the Elvis of the 80's. Elvis being the King of Rock and Roll and Michael being the King of Pop.

I'm still in shock over M.J. He is just one of those people that are almost immortal. So many good memories of his music. "Human Nature" has actually been my ring tone for the past few months. He's my Elvis :0)!!
Crazy, that all this has happened in one week. I totally thought ed mcmann would knock on our door too! I totally love me some MJ. I have tons of his songs on my ipod!
