Delores, we got your blog and couldn't figure out who it was. But now I know, so get ready to get lots of comments. Just look at the Curlee Corner, I write a lot. I love this BLog stuff. Because, now I don't feel so far away. And so homesick. I miss my family. Espcially my boys and now my grandson( the one with the most hair ever on a baby), so I do nothing a lot of the time except write on the blogs. And look at all the pictures. Thank you so much for the picture of Hunter. He is so beautiful to me ,I know it is a song, but it is true here too. the only thing that I think is highly unfair is that you and Lanice get to bE AROUND YOUR GRANDKIDS ALL THE TIME.That picture of Hunter is GREAT. He looks so much like Ryan and Angie. Ryan was a cute baby, just big like Hunter, Hunter has a cute smile. And I know that they are so proud of him. I know that I am. I still don't think my feet have touched the ground since he was born. I just want to hold him so bad, that my arms actualy hurt. Crazy huh? I have told Beth that I have designated her and Bruce as surrogate grandparents in my absence. Lanice has Logan, you have Adien and Gavin , I have Hunter, Alexis and Little Mickey. Beth needed someone. So I picked her so anytime she is around she gets special loving on Hunter for me. Ya'LL have no idea how much I miss you all.I miss Momma and Daddy. I know my time is coming that I will have to say goodbye to them. And you know me. So ya'll just tape their voices now and play it for about a year after and then let me know ok? I want to thank you so much for the pictures. I have looked at them , kissed the compuer for about 30 min. now. Especialy Hunter. He does have lots of hair. Any pictures you get, send me any and all. They all go on my "Closet door of Fame",. the bedroom closet door with pictures dating back to when I was little and the following of the Curlee family. It is so great to see that our family legacy is still strong and will remain so. i see so many families that all they do is bicker and fight. I just do not understand it. By the way, I talked to Melissa the other day and told her that she sucked because when she had Adien, she looked like she just went shopping. And poor gavin looked like he was the one in labor. Then to find out that they are all good kids, well, that really bites. But that's ok, because I know something she doesn't. You think when you have babies that it is so hard. But guess what. It is easy, compared to when they become teenagers and adults. SO her time will come. You talked about President Kimball. Funny, when I was growing up the one prophet I looked up to was David O.McKay. I always admired the way that he treated his "bride". He always called her that. I always wanted a marriage like theirs. I remember his famous quote, "No success can compensate for failure in the home" I even still have where I cross stitched it on a piece of cloth. We really are a very blessed family. We may have ups and downs, but we know that when crunch time comes, we are there for each other. You don't see that much anymore. Even our extended families are still close. Ok, so me and Bruce are the black sheep, but we know we are loved. Besides, you have to have someone you can talk about. I can't wait to start talking to you too.. Now, we just have to get Lanice up and going. I hope to get a scanner soon. Tell momma and daddy and try to get them on the blog just so they can see that we are still close and loving it. This is Grandma Vicki saying, thank you, I miss you and I love you all so very much. Grandma
A long time ago (our future animal rights activist who was 3 at the time) found a family of frogs in the clay and decided that was a good name for us because we would save all the frogs.
